Chefs of Loud House

The Chefs of Loud House are mother Daughter duo Deborah Borel and Claire Hawk, who both live and work on the farmstead.  Borel has worked in the culinary field for three decades. She co-owned the celebrated plaza eatery Daily Bread in the 90’s and later worked for Eden Alley Cafe.  She has created a line of Loud House specialty goods ~ Yum Tum pantry delights ~which have been sold at farm markets throughout KC for the last decade.

Hawk studied Culinary Arts at the Art institute International.  She has worked as a personal chef and caterer in Kansas City.   Claire helps in development of Yum Tum products for market and  Loud House catering menus.

Loud House offers baked goods, cakes, pies, & seasonal farm to table fare for special events. Check upcoming events offered by Claire and Deborah.
